This is a text divided in four perfectly different parts: The first part of the Manifest is the introduction, two paragraphs of affirmation of Valencian identity through of the defence of Valencian language. These two paragraphs show the self-respect of explaining which is the real role of all of Valencian people that is not other than transmitting (to collect the genuine Valencian language from our parents and to give to our sons with so fidelity as possible) which one is the role of the politicians (they owe the ethic and moral obedience of doing possible this transmission) and which one is the role of the cultural entities (they have to follow with fidelity the transmission from generation to generation and to preserve this transmission). The second part ( NOTE THAT: ) have a didactic intention. It notes all of deceits and tricks of the law of creation of AVLL and the report of the CVC. This second part have a formative and divulgence meaning, because of the most of people have not yet idea of the real content of the law. The third part ( WE MANIFEST: ), as a consequence of the second part, we manifest our rebuff to the law of creation of the AVLL by its ambiguity and confusion. This part is too a reaffirmation of the meaning of the manifestation of the 13Th of June. Finally, the forth and last part ( WE DEMAND: ), collects in five points the demand that it is: a) the derogation of the law of creation of the AVLL. b) the not discrimination of the Normes d'El Puig in all of social and official ambits. c) Getting an own ISBN to the Valencian language. d) Inclusion of Valencian language in the European Card of minorities languages. e) to solve the Valencian linguistic conflict , it is considered too our valencianist point of view and not only the catalanist point of view. We believe that the manifest is a complete text, well argued and it fulfils all of objectives that we have fixed ourselves. Of the success of the adhesions and the campaign of signatures collection depend of we could teach to the rest of Valencian society and Eduardo Zaplana, President of Valencian parliament, and his political party (PP), that the linguistic conflict has not been resolved and one catalanist AVLL is not the solution. From 100.000 signatures it is possible to ask for a parliamentary interpellation to abolish the law of creation of the AVL and to officially recognize the certificates from Lo Rat Penat and El Puig. From 500.000 signatures it is possible to ask for a parliamentary interpellation to include Valencian language in the European Card of minorities languages, before the Spanish Government claims the actual one (which does not include Valencian language) and to ask for an own ISBN to the Valencian language. |
