instructions:
- download the official document (compress in WinZip)
clicking here
and use Winzip to uncompress.
- To print the two sheets in a only A4 (in face the manifest
in back the signatures).
- to collect as many signatures as you can, filling all of parts
(name, DNI, and signature)
- You can put the stamp of your association in the correct place
(optional).
